✈ Flights: You will be flying in and out of Vienna International Airport (VIE). Arrive on Sept, 26 and depart on Oct, 3.
🚗 Transportation: We will be traveling between locations via private transfers, and some days will include moderate walking during our guided city tours and excursions. Comfortable yet stylish shoes are recommended!
🎭 Activities: This trip includes attending an opera at the Vienna State Opera, experiencing a classical concert in an elegant setting, and visiting historical and cultural landmarks. Please pack sophisticated evening attire for these special events.

What type of transportation will be used?
Private transfers will be provided for airport pickups, day tours, and scheduled activities. There will also be some walking, especially during the city tour and excursions, so comfortable shoes are recommended.
How much free time will I have?

What is the dress code for evening events?

A: Our Vienna trip is priced in EUR (€) because we work directly with luxury hotels, exclusive vendors, and premium local partners in Austria, all of whom operate in euros. Pricing in the local currency ensures:

Luxury and Exclusivity – Many high-end European travel experiences are priced in EUR as the standard.
Seamless Payments – Direct transactions with trusted partners ensure smooth, hassle-free service.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide a clear and stress-free cancellation policy while maintaining fairness for all travelers. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
A EUR 500 deposit is required to secure your spot.
This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your trip, the following refund structure applies:
Before May 1, 2025 – Full refund minus the EUR 500 non refundable deposit
May 1 – June 30, 2025 – 50% refund of total trip cost
After July 1, 2025 – No refund available
A EUR 250 penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found in your invoice.
3. Transferable Trip Option
If you cannot attend, your trip is transferable! You may find someone to take your place and transfer your booking to them at no extra cost (must be arranged at least 30 days before departure).
4. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances. This will give you peace of mind in case of unexpected situations.
5. Cancellation by the Organizer
In the unlikely event that the trip is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit or the option to transfer to a future trip.
