Important Considerations for Bali
✈ Flights: You will be flying in and out of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Arrive on December 6 and departure on December 13.
🚗 Transportation: We will be traveling between locations via private transfers, and some days will include moderate walking during our guided tours and excursions. Comfortable yet stylish shoes are recommended!
🌺 Activities: This retreat includes a hands-on Balinese cooking class with a farm-to-table lunch, a herbal oil blending workshop, and rejuvenating spa treatments. You’ll also experience healing ceremonies, temple visits for cultural immersion, and scenic nature excursions. Please pack comfortable resort wear and attire suitable for temple visitsto fully embrace this transformative journey.

What airport do I fly into and out of?
You will arrive and depart from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Plan to arrive on 12/6/25 and depart on 12/13/25.
What is the weather like in Bali during the trip?
Bali is a warm, lush, and vibrant time to visit in December. While it’s the rainy season, showers are often brief and bring a refreshing touch to the island’s tropical beauty. You’ll still enjoy plenty of sunshine, stunning green landscapes, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation and exploration. Check the forecast before packing, and bring comfortable walking shoes and layers.
What type of transportation will be used?
Private transfers will be provided for airport pickups, day tours, and scheduled activities. There will also be some walking, especially during the walk in Ubud and excursions, so comfortable shoes are recommended.
How much free time will I have?
The itinerary balances structured activities with personal free time so you can explore, shop, or relax at your own pace. There are opportunities to enjoy local cafés, Ubud, Kuta beach during leisure time.
What is the dress code for evening events?
For evening gatherings, we recommend elegant yet comfortable attire that complements Bali’s tropical setting. Think chic resort wear with a touch of sophistication. There’s no need for overly formal wear—just embrace elegance with ease!

Can I extend my stay in Bali?
Yes! If you’d like to arrive earlier or extend your stay, we can provide recommendations for accommodations and activities.
How do I secure my spot?
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place on the trip. Secure your spot early to take advantage of early bird pricing (valid until April 15, 2025).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide a clear and stress-free cancellation policy while maintaining fairness for all travelers. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot.
This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your trip, the following refund structure applies:
Before May 1, 2025 – 100% Refund minus the non refundable $500 deposit
May 1 – June 30, 2025 – 50% refund of total trip cost
After July 1, 2025 – No refunds available
3. Transferable Trip Option
If you cannot attend, your trip is transferable! You may find someone to take your place and transfer your booking to them at no extra cost (must be arranged at least 30 days before departure).
4. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances. This will give you peace of mind in case of unexpected situations.
5. Cancellation by the Organizer
In the unlikely event that the trip is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit or the option to transfer to a future trip.
