Itinerary Snapshot

Day 1 – March 9: Arrival & Grounding

Arrive at Guatemala City International Airport (GUA) and enjoy a private group transfer to Antigua Guatemala.
Check into our charming boutique hotel surrounded by cobblestone streets and volcano views.

Evening welcome dinner to meet your fellow travelers, set intentions, and gently land into retreat energy.

Day 2 – March 10: Sunrise Yoga and Indigenous Wisdom

Begin the day with sunrise yoga overlooking the lake, followed by breakfast. Later, experience an introduction to Mayan cosmology with a local indigenous guide, including an optional traditional fire ceremony. The afternoon is yours to relax, journal, or enjoy the lake. Evening meditation to close the day.

Day 3 – March 11: Cacao Ceremony and Deep Healing

Start the morning with an energizing yoga flow and breathwork. Later, participate in a heart-opening cacao ceremony rooted in ancient Mayan tradition. The afternoon is free for rest, spa treatments, or quiet reflection. End the evening with a calming lakeside meditation.

Day 4 – March 12: Culture and Connection

After morning yoga and breakfast, enjoy a private boat excursion across Lake Atitlán, visiting local villages and artisan cooperatives. A relaxed picnic lunch by the lake follows. In the late afternoon, return for a deeply restorative yin yoga session and group dinner.

Day 5 – March 13: Transition to Antigua

Following breakfast, enjoy a scenic private transfer to the colonial city of Antigua. Spend the afternoon exploring cobblestone streets, cafés, and local markets. In the evening, enjoy gentle stretching and a group dinner in town.

Day 6 – March 14: Integration and Celebration

Begin the day with yoga and pranayama. Later, take part in a sound healing or somatic movement workshop designed to integrate the week’s experiences. The afternoon is free for spa time or personal exploration. In the evening, gather for a farewell dinner and closing circle to reflect on your journey.

Day 7 – March 15: Departure

Enjoy your final breakfast in Antigua before your private transfer back to Guatemala City International Airport (GUA). Depart feeling grounded,

renewed, and deeply connected.

Traveler must make a NONREFUNDABLE deposit payment of $500 at time of registration to secure her spot.

Monthly minimum payment of $500 is required on the first of every month until paid in full to keep your reservations current.

Final payment must be made 90 days before the trip date.

A 50% refund can be requested prior to 6 months before the trip start date found in your invoice.

No refunds for cancellations within 6 months of the trip date found in your invoice.

A $250 penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found in your invoice.
